Participant Application 

  1. Review the class schedule below to ensure you can commit to participation. Session days are typically the 3rd Wednesday of the month, held from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There may be exceptions throughout the year; notification will be given if changes are necessary.

    Graduation
    Evening of June 15, 2011

  2. Complete application.
  3. Please include an updated resume along with the completed application.
  4. Submit application and non-refundable $20 processing fee to: Leadership Sandusky County, 101 South Front Street, Fremont, OH 43420.
  5. Deadline for application and recommendation letters is August 2, 2010.
  6. Selection for participation will be based upon the quality of responses on the application, recommendations, adherence to application deadline, and interview responses upon request of selection committee.

COMMITMENT FOR PARTICIPATION:
In order for Leadership Sandusky County to accomplish its mission and objectives, the full participation of each individual selected is required. This includes one full day per month of the program, orientation, graduation, and participation in a service project with your fellow classmates. Attendance is required at a minimum of 7 of the 9 monthly sessions, with the class project, orientation and graduation mandatory. Will you be able to fulfill these commitments?

FINANCES
Tuition for each participant is $400.00 and payment is due on or before the orientation date. Cash and check payments are accepted.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Submit online application and a mail $20.00 non-refundable processing fee; this processing fee does not go towards your tuition. Make checks payable to Leadership Sandusky County and mail to 101 S. Front St., Fremont, OH 43420
